Cilacap Shop does not offer worldwide shipping at the moment, we will implement this service in the near future.
SHIPPING METHOD AND SHIPPING COST

NOTE: Plus 1-3 business days to process before shipping out your order.
Tracking: Any shipping couriers include tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Orders placed late on Saturdays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
TRACKING MY ORDER
If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package:
- Go to the homepage and click on Order Tracking tab
- Copy tracking number provided via email confirmation
- Paste the tracking number on Order ID box
- Copy and paste your email you used during checkout on Billing email box
- Click ”Track”
DUTIES & TAXES (IF THERE IS)
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
